牛の皮は表面が汚れている為に、汚染菌が皮を剥ぎ取った肉に付着する事が懸念されます。

The lift is to bring down the pig's live bodies which are taken by trucks at the moorage.

Vehicle Sterilizing House

The vehicles are sterilized at the entrance and the exit of the factory. After entering in the house, the vehicles stop to be sprayed with disinfectant. Then, the gate is opened and the sterilized vehicles pass throught the house. (Available to order upon your request)

This is the high powered abstergent washer with its strong turning water flow and the micro-bubbles made by high-speed reverse.

Meat Master Presser

This is to excise chicken muscle and to correct thickness of the meat. The chickens which are sent from the previous process flow are conveyed automatically to the blade unit for excision, and then pressed in evenly sized thickness by the press unit located at the conveyor of ejection side. It is easy to replace a blade of the blade unit and the press unit and to fix thickness of the meat.

Multi Cutter

The device is to cut meat, organs, fishes and others in a fixed width at once. Put the products on the input conveyor to send the cutter part, and then cut products come out by the discharge conveyor. The device is decomposable without tools for easy cleaning on a hygienic perspective.

Fat and Bones Conveyor

The conveyor is for fat and bones arisen by deboning and fairing operation.

"Tsutsumu-chan" for hand-rolled wrapping(Auto Feed Cutter)

For subprimal wrapping use. The device automatically sends the film in designated arbitrarily-size from the whole film and cuts it. The wasted time of wrapping work is eliminated by cut films being ready during the meat cutting.
Putting your hand closer to the mounted sensor on the front of the device makes it start automnatically. There is no accident such as cutting fingers by mistake and others since the knife moves to operate in a horizontal direction. Prompt replacement of the film at the time of used it up is possible by the space film stocked under the cradle.
The structure is easy to maintenance since converyor belt and the cover are completely removable by hand without using tools.

Pork Carcass Ham Slipping Machine "Momoe-chan Ⅱ"

Ham is remained at the last stage of primal cut process flow of pork carcass. It is hard to take down the ham due to being hanged at the rising point beneath the rail.
The hams, which are conveyed automatically from the process of loin and back ribs, are slipped automatically.

Mrs. Easy (Blade bone Detachment Machine)

The traditional detachment work of blade bones has been required strong arms using with a handspike-end. Mrs. Easy is developed to detach a blade bone easily with one push button by hooking on the small of the joint. Even female and elder workers can work without fatigue by using this machine. The parts connecting to meat is washable as driving source is not electric power but air only. The consumable is the only the gut which connect a cylinder and a hook. So the maintenance is easy.

The work to divide upper jaw and under jaw of pig's head requires a lot of power. The head divider is designed to prevent the foreign matters contamination by chipping teeth.

The machine is to burn the remaining hair on epilated pig's trotters automatically.
Trotters which are stuck in needles attached on the chain by hand, are conveyed to the firing chamber and burnt the remaining hair while passing through with spinning. The baked trotters fall out of the needles automatically after passing through the chamber.

Compact Boiling Machine
(patch type with reversing gear for ejection)

The best suited machine for small lot production of boiling operation for small intestines, large intestines and craw. By pressing the switch the reversing gear makes the boiled organs move to a receiving hopper easily without ejection by hand.
The temperature of hot water is automatically controlled by temperature controller, and the exhaust hoot is equipped to suppress steam blowing.

Large Intestines Incision Machine "Dome-kun"

After making a cut in the cecum side of dumpling-like large intestine of pigs, incision operation is made nothing but insert the intestine into a guilding pole. It is possible to operata a bipartite and over type for a person.

Small Intestines Incision Machine "Gitter-man"

Operations of incision and fat removal can be done in parallel. Incision is operated rapidly, and amount of fat on the intestines is controllable freely. Cut off mesentery and incise small intestines at the same time. Incision is finished clean without signs of injury on small intestines.

MATOYA Hot Water Sterilizer
(shared device for catties and pig)

Put some hot water or water in the tank, and sterilize instruments for over 7 seconds in the hot water of over 83℃ heated by electric heater or steamer. Building the device handled by either electric  heater or steamer according to your request is acceptable.
